1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement takes effect immediately upon your first access to the platform or creation of an account, whichever occurs first. Your continued use of the 2345ph Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any modifications thereto.

2345ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. • Immediate family members of any 2345ph employee or officer;

• Individuals using VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask their true location.

3. Account Responsibilities and Security

3.1 Account Security Obligations

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify 2345ph of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security. 2345ph shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Available deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and cryptocurrency (USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified on the platform. 4.2 Withdrawals

• You fail to provide requested verification documents;
• Your account is being used for money laundering or other illegal purposes;
• You are found to have multiple accounts;

7.2 Voluntary Closure

7.3 Consequences of Closure

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 2345ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in service;

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Process

10.3 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on 2345ph, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2345ph concerning your use of the platform.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver
